Exchanges: Regular-priced items can be exchanged within 14 days (online) or 7 days (in-store) if in original condition with tags attached. Certain items are final sale (reduced, intimate apparel, etc.). No refunds; store credit or digital gift cards will be issued.

Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $200 (before tax) within Canada. Shipping costs for Canadian orders below $200 are calculated at checkout. At this time, shipping to the United States is temporarily paused due to tariff-related restrictions.

Delivery & Liability:
Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered complete and fulfilled. Out On A Limb is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.
If a package is left unattended (e.g., porch, mailbox, front desk), we are not liable for missing or stolen parcels.
