Shipping policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders within Canada and the United States over $200 before tax qualify for free standard shipping. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 3-6 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically delivered within 2-3 business days

Delivery delays can sometimes happen, and while we always strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be instances beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

In-Store Pickup:

We are pleased to announce that in-store pickup is now available as a convenient option for our customers. Orders placed after 4pm will be a available for pickup the following day during business hours.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Out on a Limb cannot accommodate shipping to P.O. Boxes.

United States Shipping Policy:

At this time, shipping to the United States is temporarily paused due to tariff-related restrictions.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will resume U.S. shipping as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience, and we look forward to serving our U.S. customers again soon.

International Shipping Policy:

We currently only ship to Canada. Please check back as we update our shipping policy.

General Information:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. A signature may be required unless you have elected to permit the carrier to deliver packages without obtaining a signature. In such cases, the verbal acknowledgement from the person who receives the package will be taken as proof of delivery.

If a shipment notice is left at your door, please collect items from the designated carrier pick-up location within the pick-up window to avoid your order being returned to Out on a Limb. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been submitted. If you have an existing agreement with the carrier to accept deliveries without providing a signature, Out on a Limb will not be liable for the loss of any package(s) for which a delivery signature or acknowledgement was not obtained.

Out on a Limb reserves the right to refuse, cancel, and/or stop any shipment requested to a customer or address that has previously claimed for the loss of a shipment.

Damages:

Out on a Limb is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Delivery & Liability:

Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered complete and fulfilled. Out On A Limb is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.

If a package is left unattended (e.g., porch, mailbox, front desk), we are not liable for missing or stolen parcels.

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
